Product Warranty

We stand behind the quality and reliability of the eSIM services we distribute. All eSIM purchases come with a limited warranty that ensures your eSIM profile can be activated and used as described within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.
This warranty covers:

• Activation failures due to technical issues on our side.
• Incorrect or used-profiles delivered
• Warranty applies to activation failures caused by IMEI blocking or other issues, provided the eSIM has not been installed on any device.

• Unusable profiles delivered.
• Non-functional connectivity in regions officially supported by the eSIM provider.
• Misuse or incorrect installation by the user.
• Expiry of the eSIM profile due to delayed activation beyond the validity window.
• Connectivity issues caused by external factors such as device incompatibility, poor signal coverage, or changes in local network availability.
