By purchasing, activating, or using any eSIM product distributed by us, you ("the Customer") agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read this document carefully before completing your order.
1. Device Compatibility
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their device supports eSIM technology and is carrier-unlocked.
We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders made on incompatible or locked devices.
A list of compatible devices is available upon request or via the product listing. Please consult this list before purchasing.
2. eSIM Profile Delivery & Installation
eSIM profiles are delivered via QR code, SM-DP+ address, or direct activation link, depending on the provider.
Each eSIM profile is valid for single use only and can be installed on only one device. Once the profile is installed or scanned, it cannot be transferred, reused, or refunded.
The customer must activate and use the eSIM within the validity window stated at the time of purchase. Failure to do so may result in expiration of the eSIM profile.
3. Warranty Coverage
Our warranty applies under the following conditions:
- - Activation failures due to technical issues on our side.
- - Incorrect or used-profiles delivered
- - Warranty applies to activation failures caused by IMEI blocking or other issues, provided the eSIM has not been installed on any device.
- - Unusable profiles delivered.
- - Non-functional connectivity in regions officially supported by the eSIM provider.
- - Misuse or incorrect installation by the user.
- - Expiry of the eSIM profile due to delayed activation beyond the validity window.
- - Connectivity issues caused by external factors such as device incompatibility, poor signal coverage, or changes in local network availability.
4. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for used, installed, expired, or misused eSIM profiles. Refunds are only available if the eSIM was not delivered, is technically non-functional and has not been installed, and the issue is confirmed by our support team. Requests for refunds due to change of mind, incorrect region selection, or user mistakes are not accepted.
5. Data Usage & Coverage
eSIM connectivity, speed, and network availability are subject to local carrier infrastructure and coverage. We do not guarantee service in all geographic locations, especially in remote or restricted areas. Actual speed and stability may vary due to local signal strength, device limitations, or network congestion.
6. User Responsibility
The user is responsible for verifying their device compatibility, reading installation instructions carefully, and following the activation steps accurately. Any actions that result in the loss of the eSIM profile due to user negligence (e.g., factory reset, device switch, or deletion without backup) are not eligible for support or replacement. Users are also responsible for ensuring that their device is not blacklisted or blocked (IMEI blacklisting).
7. Fraud Prevention & Misuse
We monitor usage for patterns of abuse, such as multiple refund claims, profile resale, or suspicious activity. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse warranty, suspend services, and report fraudulent activity to relevant parties.Unauthorized resale, duplication, or tampering with eSIM data is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent service suspension.
8. Legal & Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased eSIM product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to business disruption, loss of data, or additional charges incurred. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller operates.
